Phil has over 40 years experience in ground investigation and geotechnics and is an expert on all aspects of ground investigation and interpretative reporting both in the UK and overseas. He has provided extensive committee work on associated BSI/CEN and Eurocode committees plus contributing author of SHW and DMRB.
Phil was formerly Head of Geotechnics, Highways England, Lead Geotechnical Engineer on Phase 2b of HS2 and has held senior geotechnical roles with major UK consultants & contractors.
